Who can ask

Psychologists and patients who have an account on Suas Consultas.

How to ask

Psychologists: email [email protected] from the email address of the account, with the subject "Exclusão de conta".

Patients: you can delete your account yourself in the app, or send the same email.

We reply within 15 days.

What is deleted

Access to the account is closed, sign-in sessions end and push notifications stop. The account email is replaced so it can no longer be used to sign in.

What is kept

Deletion is a soft delete. Clinical records (patients, sessions and clinical notes) and their access audit log are kept, because professional and legal rules require psychologists to keep them. Clinical notes are never erased irreversibly.
