Terms of Use

Version 2026-09-09 · Effective September 9, 2026 · Section 4 (App Payments) version 2026-09-25

These Terms govern the use of the clinic management platform provided by BRZL. By creating an account, the practitioner declares having read and accepted this agreement.

1. Purpose of the service

Suas Consultas provides schedule management, patient records, appointment workflows, operational messaging, and optional Google and Stripe integrations. The platform does not deliver psychological care, does not substitute professional clinical judgment, and is not an emergency service.

2. Professional account

The practitioner is solely responsible for account information accuracy, credential protection, and usage compliant with professional licensing. The professional remains responsible for the clinical relationship, conduct, and records stored within the platform.

3. Free tier and integrations

Basic use of Suas Consultas is free: calendar, patients, clinical records, booking link, and email reminders carry no monthly fee. Integrations with Google and Stripe are optional and adhere to their respective terms.

4. App payments (optional)

Practitioners may enable in-app session payments. Prior to enabling, the application requires explicit consent; without it, no platform fees apply.

With payments active, patients validate a credit card during booking and sessions are billed automatically 2 hours before the start time. Charges are processed directly on the practitioner's connected Stripe account.

On every paid session processed via the app, Suas Consultas retains a 2% platform fee. Stripe processing fees are deducted separately by Stripe. Sessions coordinated directly outside the app carry zero platform fees.

5. Permitted use and security

Using the service for unlawful purposes, attempting unauthorized access, bypassing security controls, or uploading content that infringes third-party rights is strictly prohibited.

6. Revisions and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect service or regulatory changes. Inquiries can be sent to [email protected].
